Many times this type of mail goes and sits in the spam/junk/unwanted folders so you have to check these folders as well. If they are not there either, this may mean either that your order has not been checked yet (this does not last more than a 24 oro unless there is a weekend in between) or that something went wrong with the registration of the order in which case you must contact us at 2754400162 to clarify what exactly has happened.

Choose the product in the color and size of your desire – in case the basket does not show you, it means that it is either not available in the specified number or in the specified color – and press the basket. If you want to add other products to the cart, press continue shopping until you finish shopping. Once done press step 1 (purchase options).

If you are already a member, select I am already a customer, enter username and password and press login. It shows you your details. If you want to change any of the information you have provided, click edit billing information and make the desired change. If you still want the product you selected to be delivered to an address other than yours, check the add address box next to your details and fill in the address you want it to be delivered to. If you do not want any of these proceed to the next step 2 (shipping information) where you choose the method of delivery of the product. Next is step 3 (payment method) where you select the desired method. To make sure that your order was indeed registered in the system and that you did not miss anything, you should see a thank you for your order message and a pending order from K-Ando.gr should be sent to your e-mail (check the spam as well because it may went there). This way you are done with your shopping.

In case you want to make the purchase as a simple guest, select in step 1 (purchase options) purchase as a guest and proceed to step 2 (billing details). Here you fill in the fields marked with an asterisk which are mandatory to continue your order. Next is step 3 (delivery details). Here if the shipping address is the same as the billing address you select nothing. In step 4 (delivery method) you choose how you want to receive the product and in step 5 (payment method) how you want to pay.

Finally, if you want to become a member when you place your order, you can check the account creation in step 1 along with the purchase as a guest. As you enter your information, you also register as a member and complete your order as described above.

Note: If you have either a coupon or a gift card, you must press save in the next box because otherwise it will not give you the discount in the case of the coupon and in the case of the gift card it will not deduct its amount.

K-Ando.gr allows you to cancel your order if you call us before the order leaves the store.

There may be several possible reasons why your credit card is not accepted, in which case you should contact your bank to let you know.
