PAYMENTS

The visitor – customer has the possibility to pay for his order in the following ways:

a) Cash on delivery, paying the price to the courier upon receipt of the product.

b) Through credit, debit and prepaid cards, the user of “K-Ando.gr” has the possibility to pay the price with any Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover card through Viva Wallet.

All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

If we do not receive your payment within five (5) days from the date you placed your order we will proceed with cancellation and notify you by email. The products of your order are not bound until they are paid for. The customer is solely responsible for the correctness of the payment process, as well as any costs, such as transferring money from another bank. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

“K-Ando.gr” ships the products with EL.TA. Courier or General Post, with a delivery time limit of 1 to 3 working days, counting as the start date the date of shipment and not the order date.

Product ownership is transferred upon full payment. Some additional information may be needed to validate your order, therefore, and in order to avoid any delay, we advise you to place your order using an active and registered email address and a telephone number (mobile, work or home) so that we can to contact you at any time.

Shipping costs depend on the total volume and weight of the products you choose and the place of delivery. The delivery times mentioned are indicative. “K-Ando.gr” will make every effort to send you the products within the working days indicated as delivery time.

We inform you that a delay of 48 hours is completely expected regarding the delivery of the order, because for security reasons, all orders paid by credit or debit card are subject to verification by “K-Ando.gr”.

“K-Ando.gr” will not be held responsible for the consequences due to delivery delay or loss of your parcel by the carrier. In the case of not receiving the package within the mentioned deadlines, initially “K-Ando.gr” carries out a check with the carrier, which can last up to 15 days at most. During this period, no refunds or reshipments can take place. After the expiry of the 15-day deadline, the order is cancelled, so in case you have paid the price by credit or debit card, you will be refunded the price within 10 days at the latest from the expiry of the above deadline. The method of refunding the price will be determined by personal communication with you via e-mail or telephone, after the necessary written identification of the data has first been carried out. In any case, the above cancellation of the order cannot establish any responsibility of “K-Ando.gr”.

 PRICE and TRANSPORTATION COSTS – VAT.Α.

The transport costs, for products up to three (3) kilos, amount to 3.90 Euros for orders within Greece and up to the total order amount of €39, while for orders over €39 (up to three (3) kilos) the transportation cost is free. Transport costs may change due to special conditions (overweight, bulky package, etc.) and are finalized with the approval of the customer/user. The prices of the products include the applicable VAT. In the case of a wholesale sale, the VAT of the transport costs is apportioned accordingly, while the cost is calculated based on the volume and weight of the items sold. The company undertakes the obligation to inform the customer/user of the total cost of his order before finalizing it in the special section “My basket”. It is stated that all charges mentioned in the section ¨My basket ¨ are final without any other charge except for special requirements that the customer will communicate in the comments of his order or by phone to the authorized staff (eg prints, special treatment of the product , use of a different transport company, etc.). In case of using a credit card, the user/buyer is not charged any additional fee for this transaction.

RETURNS

You have the right to return the product you received within 15 calendar days and request a replacement (another size, another product) or a refund. We emphasize that the shipping date of the returned product is considered to be the one written by the courier on the receipt, to check the deadline. The cooperating transport companies are EL.TA. Courier and the General Post Office.

For returns within Greece (as in the case of an exchange) you will be charged for shipping, with the amount of €4.90.

For purchases over €50.00 the first change is free, for under €50.00 the first change is charged €3.90. For each subsequent change concerning the same order, there is a charge of €4.90 for each new shipment.

For returns from abroad, the return costs are borne by the person making the return.

The above does not apply to bulky products and those that exceed three (3) kilograms, for which a change or return will be made upon consultation.

In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:

They must not be damaged and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product

Be in excellent condition with their factory packaging (box or gelatin)

Be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (e.g. Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).

If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for a replacement, after first contacting our customer service department. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVES

Upon receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order and indicate, if not, on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten remarks after signature, any anomaly related to any defects or the quantity of the products. You must also inform us by email (info@K-Ando.gr) of these observations on the same day or at the latest within 14 days of receiving the order. Any request made outside this deadline will not be accepted and exempts “K-Ando.gr” from any responsibility towards the customer, as a result of which it is considered that you have accepted the products as they are upon delivery and that it cannot be any change is accepted.

The return of products will only be accepted for products that are defective and in their original condition, with their original packaging and original markings on the products. We inform you that only products that are unsuitable to be worn or used for their intended purpose are considered defective and in no case products that deviate from the photos posted on our website due to expected differences when the photos are taken and posted. Shipping costs in case of defective products are borne by us. In any other case, you bear the shipping costs.

In the event that following the receipt of the products by our company and if they are found to be defective by us, we will contact you within 15 days so that you can notify us in writing (by email or fax) if you wish or if you have already paid the price, the refund of the price and the method of refund, or the replacement of the defective products with the same products, if available, or with products of equal value.

order cancellation

Our online store has a mechanism for canceling an order (in whole or in part) that has already been registered. For any cancellation of an order (total or partial) you should send an e-mail to info@K-Ando.gr. This option is provided to you as long as the e-mail or fax is received by us on working days no later than 14:00 and no later than the time when we inform you about the dispatch of your order.

MAJOR VIOLENCE

“K-Ando.gr” is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to the fault of “K-Ando.gr” or are due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of time for the execution. Examples include strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, currency fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.
